Month End procedure where is the info stored.

At the end of each month a month end procedure is done by choosing Main Menu then going down to Day End Report then moving arrow right to Month End Procedure.

Once this is activated the information is stored in a file in the programs directory. Using windows explorer you can at any time see what was the information at the end of a particular month before the aging was done.

Using explorer you can navigate to the programs directory and find the file which will be store in the format month-year and company. So August 2009 will be stored as 03-09.1 where 03 is the month 09 the year and 1 the company number. You can right click on the file and open with notepad.
