A4 Printers(USB) not printing from compubyte

If you are able to print a test page and in quick setup the correct printer port is being used but still does not print from compubyte then do the following:

• 1) Check if DOSPRINT.exe (Application) files in C:\Programs exist.
  2) If the above file cannot be found you can download it from http://www.compubyte.co.za/updates or call compubyte support 011 791 5063/3763
  3)If you are running an anti-virus please ensure that you do not allow it to delete DOSPRINT.exe file
