Does this take place in 2 directions or only from c: to e: drive. Reason i ask is when i travel to Pretoria to do the buying i need the information with me but i dont want to work on my external drive there and then when i get back my local drive is behind my external hard drive. And if i work on my External drive will i have the .net pos or just dos. It would make entering orders much easier if they are entered while with the rep.
I know the best thing to do would be to buy a labtop but i lost to many due to crashes.

If you want to take a backup copy to your branches then you dont require the sycro function. You just use the backup.exe icon and do a backup then use the same program (pressing f1 on timer) and restore the infomation. After you done all the work you repeat the process . . Use the XCOPY backup which is easier and quicker.

Hope that's not too confusing . .

This is how your m.cfg file in \programs should look like

-smtp smtp.dsl.telkomsa.net
-ehlo
-auth login zaki@zaksmalone.co.za (you password in here with brackets)
-from zaki@zaksmalone.co.za
-receipt
-html -file \RAM\MESSAGE.htm

pop.zaksmalone.co.za smtp.dsl.telkomsa.n

and your mail.bat file should look like this

rem Mail to %1 Subject %2
mailsend @m.cfg -to %1 -s %2

NB : Please also check sometimes your email service provider uses another unique name for login and not your email address !!!
