Terminals do not load server files correctly

If your terminal is connected properly to the server but does not retrieve the correct data from the server then do the following.
  • 1) Open control panel>sync centre
    2) on the left hand menu select manage offline files and press the disable offline files button then restart the machine.
Only do this after you have made sure that your terminal connects properly to the server and that you can see the server files properly but the correct data does not load onto compubyte
