Set parameter 167 to the first two digits of your barcode.
Set parameter 169 to the number of characters to search in the barcode e.g 7.
Ensure that when the stock item is being created you use only the first 7 digits of the barcode as the reference/PLU code.
Then right click on description and select scaled barcode item.
Your cost and selling prices should be set per kilo.
